    PSN Brought Down By “An Outside Party”, But Anonymous Claims Innocence

    With the PlayStation Network currently suffering major outages,
    possibly due to a targeted attack from “an outside party” many thought
    that hacker collective Anonymous had once again set its sights on the
    network. However, according to the group they are not responsible.
    Anonymous backed off the PSN earlier, claiming that hurting consumers was not their plan, but earlier today SCEE [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] about the recent PSN problems:<blockquote>As
